Product description This bread mix is not heavily starch laden, as the wheat grain has been separated from the wheat gluten, creating light tasty bread with all the fabulous proper bread texture and taste that you'd expect from a quality loaf of bread, but without the stodgy, heavy carbs. Freshly blended and packed for you on the same day we ship! This bread can be created using either a bread making machine, or in the more traditional artisan way, by hand. The handmade way takes a little longer, but allows you the freedom to choose the shape of your finished bread product or to create mini loaves, rolls or even pizza dough. We will provide you with full instructions, however you might want to know that even when making by hand, a food mixer with a dough hook attachment can save you time and energy when kneading the dough before proving.
