100 % of the olive juice is extracted from extra-virgin olive oil. When our olives have achieved maximum ripeness, these oils are obtained and the oil is pressed out solely by mechanical means. Amongst the olive oil family, extra virgin olive oil is the highest quality and is frequently called ‘Liquid Gold’ because of its appearance and exceptional taste. Our olives are free from defects and finely picked at peak ripeness, they have excellent flavour and aroma, providing a feast for the senses. Our extra-virgin olive oil, besides being a source of monounsaturated fatty acids, provide natural antioxidants such as olive oil polyphenols and vitamin E, which have demonstrated their ability to reduce cholesterol, a risk factor of heart disease.
