Scanpan Techniq Frying Basket

Description

This frying basket is compatible with the 6.8 litre pan from the TechnIQ range. With its diameter of 20 cm and its high height, it allows you to fry large amounts of food. Its mesh is tight to prevent small chips from getting through. It can therefore be used to fry in oil (chips, nuggets, donuts, etc.) but also to boil ravioli and fresh pasta. The long handle prevents burning when handling the hot basket. The edge of the basket is equipped with a hook to rest the basket on the edge of the pot to drain fried food. The basket should not touch the oil. Made of stainless steel, it is dishwasher safe.
