Description

This 14.8v 2 AMP Intelligent High Frequency Charger is suitable for POWAKADDY golf trollies with 14.8v (4S) LITHIUM battery packs. Suitable for any LITHIUM batteries that charge via RED/BLACK/YELLOW connector. Contrary to popular belief, lithium batteries should only be charged using a specific lithium charger, not a lead/acid or LiFePo4 charger. This charger is programmed with 3 auto charging stages: Ip–Im–Um. Stage “Ip” is a pre-charge function for deep discharged battery packs - This is helpful for battery cycle life! When the battery is recovered by the small current pre-charge, stage “Im” will give bulk current charging (up to 50W). Then, “Um” stage is followed, the output voltage is limited on C.V. point until the charge current has fallen to 0.1 C.C. value. At this stage the battery is charged completely and the charger will turn off automatically. The whole process is indicated by an LED display.
