* Korean Traditional rice wine making kit. * K-Makgeolli mix contains two powder packs that can make 1L of makgeolli per pack just by additing 1L water. So you can make around 2L of makgeolli. * You can also my your own K-Makgeolli cocktail by adding fresh fruit, juice or various drinks. * The product is composed of 100% natural grain with organic ferment without any artificial sweetness. Product Configuration One box of K-Makgeolli Mix ( two packs of Makgeolli mix powder 150g x 2 ) Method 1. Pour 1L of water(24C) into a 1.2L(or larger) bottle and add one pack of Makgeolli mix powder. 2. Stir well until power dissolve well in water. (Small lumps may disappear as fermentation progress) 3. While keeping the temperature at 24C , age it for 24 hours with the cover of bottle slightly open. 4. After fermentation closed the lid and store it in the refrigerator. (It is best to drink it within 7 days) 5. You can keep it for 30 days when it is refrigerated.
