Extra Large Commercial Plastic Cutting Board This cutting board is designed for extra large preparation jobs such as meat butcher, fish filleting or preparing large dishes. No more trying to squeeze jobs onto a standard sized board when the large 30" x 18" area provides all the room you need. Our professional grade polyethylene cutting board is designed for catering professionals for frequent and repetitive use. Manufactured using a multi-process injection molded manufacturing process, our HDPE boards have good wear and heat resistance designed for high use environments. Designed by chefs, the surface is lightly textured to provide a slight grip to prevent slipping and to aid in preparation. Each cutting board is NSF certified and bears the NSF stamp and logo. High density polyethylene is also FDA approved for food contact.
