Ingredients Mushroom Ravioli (88%) ( Filling (Mixed Mushrooms including Porcini and Chanterelles (46%), Ricotta Cheese (MILK, Cream (MILK), Salt, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid), Parmiggiano Reggiano DOP Cheese (MILK, Salt, Microbial Rennet), Natural Thickener (Potato Flakes (Potatoes, Emulsifier: E471), Starch (Corn), Rice Cream, Vegetarian Fibres (Carrot & Bamboo), Onion, Butter (MILK), Salt, White Wine (SULPHITES), Mushroom Aroma Powder, Garlic, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme), Fresh Pasta (Durum WHEAT Semolina, WHEAT Flour 00, EGG, Rice Flour), Truffle Butter (9%) (Butter (MILK), Truffle base (2%) (Truffle juice, Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt), Salt, Flavouring, Vegetable Fibre)), Vegetarian Italian Grated Cheese (MILK, Salt, Rennet (Microbial Coagulant), EGG Lysozyme) Directions 1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Salt the water (around ½tbsp per litre). 2. Cook the pasta in the boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Stir regularly to prevent sticking. 3. Whilst the pasta cooks, put the butter in a pan and add 2-3 tbsp (30-45ml) of the boiling pasta cooking water. Heat gently until steaming, then turn off the heat. 4. Lift the pasta out of the water and transfer to the butter, toss gently to coat and cook for an extra minute. 5. Sprinkle over the grated cheese. Serve immediately. Buon appetito!
