Product description A stunning Italian sparkling Moscato rosé in an Extra Brut (very dry) style with 11% ABV. It has a rose petal pink colour with elegant bubbles. With aromas of strawberries,peach and citrus fruit, this wine is a pure delight to drink. It is very dry, with no added sugar and residual sugar level of only 0.5g per litre, Given the low sugar it is exceptionally fruity and smooth, certainly not harsh on your palate. A very special fine sparkling wine made by Ca'Salina of Valddobbiadene in Veneto. Typically made as a sweet wine which Ca'Salina also produce. It is quite unsual to find an Extra Brut style but it works very well. It is no surprise as Ca'Salina are a wonderful winery. Just perfect as an aperitif or delicious with raw fish, salty and fatty foods.
