RECIPE OF LENTIL (DAL) CURRY SOUP Ingredients √ 1/2 cup of yellow lentil √ 1/2 cup of orange lentil √ 1 medium onion ( chopped ) √ 1 tomato chopped or 1 tsp tomato puree √ 1/4 tsp cumin seeds √ 3 Tbsp cooking oil √ 1 tsp Leena Lentil Masala √ 3 cups of water √ 1 tsp lemon juice (optional) Method 1) Wash the lentils. Add 2 cups of water, lentil and salt in a saucepan. 2) Boil for 10 to 15 minutes or until soft. 3) Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and cook until brown. 4) Add chopped onions and fry until brown. Add 1 tsp Leena Lentil Masala and tomatoes and cook until the oil leaves the sides.
