Make sure to read the directions through once BEFORE doing it Directions 1.First, wipe down the side of the door that you want to attach the door guard to. With the appropriate amount of double sided tape, peel just one side of the tape to expose just one of the sticky sides. You are going to attach half of the tape to the side of the door, then roll over the remaining half over to the other side of the car door, as shown in the picture. 2.With the primer that will come included in the order, wipe down the inside of the door guard to prime it for attachment. This will allow the door guard to be attached better. After priming the door guard, wait about 30 seconds before attaching it. 3.Peel off the remaining protective layer of the double sided tape that is on the car door from Step. At this point, the sticky side should be exposed. Starting from the top end of the door guard, slightly open the U-shaped door guard to expose the inside part. Then, squeeze in the car door edge into the U part of the door guard from top down. Make sure to start at the top and work your way down the car door edge. While working down, don’t stretch the door guard vertically (since the door guard is made out of silicone and has rubber band-like properties, stretching it too much can result in the door guard bouncing back slightly when you reach the bottom of the car door). Take it slow.
