Wild Goose Qigong VI (the sixth set of movements in the wild goose system) is also widely known as Patting Along the Meridians Qigong exercise. One pats 12 meridians in a specific order and direction, combined with walking in the Kunlun Bagua circle (meditative walking). In this way, practitioners are able to open their crown and Bubbling Spring acupoints, relax, detoxify and nourish their internal organs. This lovely practice integrates moving Qigong with meditation and acupuncture or acupressure. It's simple movements and meditative tempo makes it enjoyable for everyone to practice regardless of age or physical strength. This medical Qigong is also well known for its curative power in preventing Qigong deviations. If you are practicing Tai Chi, Yoga or any martial art, you should use this qigong at the end of your practice.
