BBK 1-5/8 inch Chrome Shorty Tuned Length Exhaust Header for Ford F-150/Expedition 5.4L for all BBK short unequal length 99-03 F150/Expedition 5.4L headers are manufactured with 1 5/8 inch CNC mandrel bent tubing for un-restrictive airflow. It has a one piece laser cut flange for added strength and durability. All BBK exhaust headers are pressure tested to ensure a leak free performance. Every BBK shorty tuned length exhaust header is designed and dyno tested at the BBK headquarters in Southern California to maximize the performance potential of your vehicle.
