Easy to install, can quickly be removed from its base for versatility and will accept wheels up to 6.5" wide. 1 base included. Hardware not include. Requires 4 to 8 screws or bolts.  The distance between the center of the front holes and the center of the back holes on the mounting bracket is 9-3/4"
