Oak honey is one of the honeydew honeys, i.e. it is produced from the secretions of honeydew insects that parasitize the bark of the oak tree. Only the best parts of the pollen are carefully selected, following the strictest production standards. Beehives are kept amongst organic herb cultivations and transferred over a 1000m altitude in summer period to collect what Greek nature offers. It contains no added sugar, no preservatives.
