5 x Mangrove Jack M20 Bavarian Wheat Yeast - Craft Series Yeast 10 g treats 23 litres. Active dried brewing yeast promotes high levels of esters and phenolic cloves for better complexity of German style wheat beer. A classic upper fermentation yeast suitable for brewing a range of German Weizens as well as the Belgian Witbier. It has a very low floculation rate and a clean, "raised" aroma making it ideal for traditionally cloud served beers. This yeast creates a low to completely dry beer, a medium body with a silky mouth, and a delicious aroma of banana and spices. Suitable for brewing Hefeweizen, Kristal Weizen, Dunkel Weizen and more. Directions for use: sprinkle the contents directly onto up to 23 litres (6 US Gal) of a thousand Ferment to 18-30°C (59-86°F) for best results. Storage tips: Store in the fridge. Fermentation objects: Fermentation begins within 24-36 hours. This is a slow and weak flocculating stump although it ends up and leaves a moderately clear beer. Quick to maintain, fermented beers with this stem can be ready to drink in just 10 days. The recommended fermentation temperature is between 59°C and 75°F (18-24°C) however this stem can be fermented up to 30°C if excessive ester production is desired.
