Would a Chicco KeyFit 30 car seat fit in this stroller?

Yes. I use mine with that car seat. You need to purchase the adapter. You can find the correct adapter at babyjogger.com

Would an uppa baby car seat work with this stroller?

They now sell an adapter, but the reviews for the adapter say that it doesn't work. So unfortunately we're not going with this stroller for that reason.

Does it have adaptors for the uppababy mesa car seat?

The only adaptor included with the stroller is for the CityGo car seat made by the same company.

What is the dimensions when collapsed?

When collapsed, The jogger is 30” tall, 18” across and 10” thick. The wheels are removable but won’t really save any space. Also, if you need an attachment for a car seat, that will take up extra space. It is removable but most times it’s easier to leave it on.
