The FunctionalFitness Aerobic Step offers a huge amount of functionality from one piece of equipment. Featuring 3 pairs of risers, allowing height configurations of 10cm, 15cm and 20cm, the step is suitable for a wealth of different exercises, allowing for a total body workout. The step is manufactured from a very hardwearing, yet surprisingly lightweight ABS plastic, which makes it incredibly durable but also very easy to move and transport. The steps platform is made from a textured, non-slip rubber to allow for maximum grip whilst using the product and the risers also feature non-slip feet, making the step suitable for safe use on any floor surface. When not in use, the additional risers can be stored within the base of the step, making the entire unit very compact and easy to accommodate.
