Our Broccoli grows on the richest soil of Spain under endless days of sunshine. It is hand-picked bursting with ripeness, rushed into a traditional hot water bath (Bain-Marie), where they are cooked gently to preserve its robust, fresh flavor. We add just a tad of garlic and a few drops of olive oil & vinegar before we vacuum seal our broccoli for its journey from our Mediterranean fields to your table. Enjoy as a side dish.
