Z-Shield (3250) is a protective, wrap-around EMI shielding solution for wires or cables that features a permanent adhesive closure. The jacketing is flexible, lightweight, fire retardant, and provides complete 360-degree protection against EMI/RFI signals while providing excellent protection against abrasion. The Z-3250-CN shielding cloth has great shielding performance at 98% coverage. A 60” long 15 AWG grounding braid is also included in the solution for applications that may need burial. The grounding strap is a braided and flattened tin-plated copper wire. The adhesive closure provides a permanent seal around wires or cables. Z-Shield (3250) shields 1” diameters, and comes in a convenient 36” roll that can be cut to any desired length. The operational temperature ranges from -63°F to 176°F (-53°C to 80°C). Z-Shield (3250) is also available for diameters ranging from 0.25” to 4” with custom sizes available upon request on the Zippertubing website.
