Waste of money.
I had 2 other ones on my kitchen sink for soap and dish washing liquid but they're white and I wanted the stainless steel look to match the sink. These make a loud motor noise when dispensing and after about 6 uses they both started acting up. They would either go off on their own or I would have to wave my hands under them continuously and turn them off and back on again. After half a day of this, I went back to the other brand which are so quiet, hold more soap, no accidental discharge and the nozzles stick out more. Maybe if I started with these and didn't know the difference, I would've put up with them longer.

like how simple to use it
like how simple to use it, no touching and no more germs, does its job and also as the other buyer mentioned "like adjustable soap volume control function", good experience!

1 of 2 didn't work at first. Overpriced - Update: Not working period.
I was PUMPED to be ordering these pumps. Perfect size, sanitary, not bad looking compared to others... BUT, only one of the two are working. I opened a brand new package of batteries to use in these pumps. The first pump does exactly as the directions indicated for set up and use. The second one not only bypasses set up, but does not activate or expresses soap. The LED light comes on until you release the function button and that's about all it does. The one that does do as it is supposed to expresses too much soap IMO. There are 3 settings for amount of soap you desire it to express. I have it on the least amount and my kids still have a handfull of soap. So this thing is going to need frequent refilling, and I doubt I will keep my favorite soap on hand since it costs more and it's just going down the drain. I don't have much confidence in the one that is working either. I'm having my husband tinker with it when he gets home (he has what we call the proximity factor....anything that fails to work for anyone else somehow turns favor when he tries it the first time). If he can't get the thing to function I will be sending them back. :(Update: Next morning I went to try out the second pump that wasn't working and it worked! Not sure what the deal was. Now hoping they last for the price. Will keep you posted. Giving them 4/5 stars bc for the price ($50) I expected no glitches and less plastic. Not to mention I will be going through a bit more soap than I care to.4/27 Update: The second pump (white) has not been working for several weeks now. Today, no response what so ever and batteries are good. Seal underneath does not seal well either. Contacting seller today. Will update with response to issue.

Not worth the money!
As of this review both items have been thrown away. One arrived and never worked correctly. You had to place hand under it 3-4 times for any soap to dispense. Second slowly stopped dispensing soap. Very disappointed for the price paid.

was OK
update to previous review:Positives:One of the best ones I've used. It's clean and won't drip or make a mess. It's really, really easy to fill and you can see when it's empty because the container is clear. I am using one in the bathroom for liquid soap and another one in the kitchen for dish washer liquid. Works perfectly for any kind of liquid although I haven't tested it with lotions.Negatives:There is a 50% chance that the hardware itself is manufactured and distributed with some major flaw, rendering it completely useless. the packages sold here usually contain two items. Basically count on one of them NOT working. I have bought three separate packages and the 50% stat is directly from my own experience. Sometimes it's the battery pouch that won't close. Sometimes the system doesn't work.

poor design or whatever the case may be
it worked for one day. then, it didn't work at all. poor design or whatever the case may be, I would not recommend it to anyone to buy it.

Automatic soap dispenser
The container size is good for everyone. Sensor is reactive and you can control the amount by the length you put your hands underneath. This used 4 3A batteries and it’s been working great.

Worth the money in a pandemic!!
These are good enough for the money. I bought these because I'm a massive germaphobe in a pandemic and don't want to pay stupid amounts of money for the simple human brand. The soap used in this one can't be too thick (stick with a clear soap) and IT CANNOT HOLD FOAMING SOAP as it will leak and destroy the dispensers. However, you can set it to dispense more or less soap depending on how much soap you need or depending on the viscosity of your soap. It will drip a couple drops after each time it is used, so I just put a cute, little, aesthetically-pleasing soap dish underneath the spout to catch any little drips that way it stays off the counter and sink.Washing your hands is more important than ever during a pandemic, but nobody ever seems to think about the fact that people touch soap hand pumps of dispensers which can help spread germs. This works well and keeps germs from spreading in unnecessary places. Definitely worth the money, in my opinion.

This is 5 STAR
I am not sure about the other posts with less than 5 stars...maybe they have defective unit(s).Pros- Fast (at least compared to the cheaper ones I bought from eBay, which they also work as well but this one is fast)- Can take out the container to clean- Looks really good in kitchen and bathroom (the Brush nickle and White color combination is just GREAT!)- I also like it it's not crazy sensitive compared to the other ones (no brand, cheaper ones), it just feels.."Higher Quality" and won't dispense if not needed....once you use it you will know what I mean. The cheaper ones I bought are so sensitive even you swipe your hand across (at least 4 inches away) still can sense it and dispense. It's very inconvenient when you want to wipe / wash around the kitchen sink area where this soap dispenser is...need to turn it off or watch out all the time. With this one, I have no such problem.Cons - even at the lowest amount set, still a little too much soap comes out (but this is very subjective to personal preference). I am perfectly fine with the amount at the lowest level but my wife was complaining still too much - waste a lot of soap she says...(still less than the cheaper ones we bought from eBay). So I wouldn't really say it's a con since it's personal preference. I am totally okay, I think the amount is perfect. I guess my wife would've liked it if they have a even lower level setting for soap amount. To me, the most important thing is that the soap comes out fast enough so I don't have to waste water running while waiting for the soap dispenser to finished dispensing the soap on my hand.

Looks great but never worked
Looks great but never worked. The base is very hard to turn to closed position, the blue led lite is extremely annoying especially at night as it is really bright!. not needed!! The company sent a replacement dispenser but it also failed. I returned the pack.

Works well.
Product works well. One is white plastic and one is like brushed nickel, as can be seen in the picture if you look closely. The removal of the bottoms to insert the battery is tricky. The bottom turns very little and then has to be gently pried apart. The tendency is to keep turning. A good deal.

hand washing
These I find are very good to deliver a small amount of soap on you hand the only problem isd that one works really well and the other one does not seem to want to work at all.
