This microprocessor-controlled instrument is designed to test popular primary (non-rechargeable) and rechargeable batteries with a patented high-precision pulse charge test. After a fully automatic test cycle, the percentage of the remaining battery capacity is displayed on the LED bar indicator. Battery types are clearly labeled next to the corresponding contacts. The negative test lead can be conveniently stored in the side seam. There are no switches or settings, and the test results are easy to understand.
